Where Childhood Shines
Welcome to Rainbow Child Care Center, where our days are bright and colorful, and learning and fun go hand in hand. For over forty years, Rainbow has provided a safe, nurturing environment for children aged two-and-a-half through six years old. We're proud of our caring staff and low student-teacher ratio — and even prouder of the kids we've watched grow and thrive.

Rainbow is built on a philosophy of nurturing, connections and possibility.

Rainbow's rich curriculum includes:

·         Stories and group games

·         Dramatic play and dress-up

·         Rhythm and movement, including dance and tumbling

·         Music

·         Plays, performances, and special celebrations

·         Science fun and sensory tables

·         Cooking and baking

·         Educational field trips

·         Hikes and outings

·         Free play time indoors and out

·         Swim lessons in the summer

·         Nutritious meals and snacks

Here at Rainbow, we take lots of photos everyday to gather the fun experiences and observations of our days. We share these pictures with parents through daily journals. Every ordinary moment during childhood is worth capturing!

With natural light, a free-flowing layout, a nearby community garden with a beautiful view of the mountains, and a perfect blend of great indoor and outdoor spaces, Rainbow offers an environment that is special in every way and is indeed one of the many bright and thriving organisms within this school.

We are open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, 12 months a year. 
Rainbow is closed for major holidays.
